J House Project

Bogor

J House is a project which we try to create a new ambience with nature and natural environment. With nature element like wood, stone, and water, we combine it and make it into an identity of this house. Japanese House is our "Design Approach" to give a convenience of the house. With some of "Tatami" in every room, we try to give natural light and natural air into every room. So at the Afternoon we no need to use a lamp light or air conditioner to get convenience.

HJ House Project Semarang

Located in Tembalang Semarang, this 550 m2 house.

This modern minimalist joglo house model has a roof that fully carries the traditional style. However, the body part of this modern joglo house adopts a minimalist style through the use of wood material that is barely equipped with complicated ornaments so that it looks very simple and charming.

B House Project

Cibubur Jakarta

B House is a Project which we try to create a new combination with traditional and modern design. Traditional Concept Element with strong character like "Joglo" and "Nature material we combine it with modern tropical house. The Unique of this house are this house have 2 entrance and 2 road access, so we created 2 facade design to create 2 different face of this building.

Macau House

Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara

This 600 m2 residence in the elite Kelapa Gading area connects to the main building with an area of 780 m2. This house is quite unique because 50% is allocated for the macau bird cage, so that it looks like a very large transparent cage from the front.

Twin House Project Jakarta

Twin House is a millenial project where we try to give the spirit of millenial design like unique, different but simple. 2 Mass we create with different hight level and different facade but same model, that's what we call it twin house. The simple idea we give it into material finishing like timber facade and skim Coat and Natural Concrete.
